Mindful Yoga for Riding the Waves of the Workplace – six-week series

Would you like to cultivate a less reactive workplace culture? Build skillful relationships with colleagues and clients? Manage your stress levels and feel more job satisfaction? 

The time-honored yogic tradition can help. This six-week series offers an opportunity to cultivate a meditation practice, learn breathing techniques to reduce stress, and consider strategies for being less reactive and more in sync with yourself and your co-workers. Marie will highlight a different topic each week – the breath, stress and well-being, the mind’s story, emotions, and fatigue. Participants will reflect on the topics in the context of their professional and personal experiences. 

Each one-hour class will include breathwork, meditation and seated movement. Participants will receive weekly handouts, meditation audio recordings, and light homework assignments. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is required.
